Your wallet, your keys — what we hold and what we never see

When you create a Good Energy account, a real Solana wallet is born with it. Not a points balance dressed up in crypto clothes — an actual wallet with actual keys. Here's the part that matters: the keys are yours, and we never see them.
How that works
Your wallet's secret key is generated in your browser and encrypted right there with your password before anything syncs to us. What we store is ciphertext we cannot open. Your password never leaves your device. If someone stole our entire database, they'd have a pile of locked boxes and no keys.
The twelve words
Your wallet comes with a standard twelve-word recovery phrase — the same kind every serious wallet uses. Write it down somewhere safe. Those words restore your wallet in Phantom, Solflare, or any wallet that speaks the standard, which means your rewards aren't trapped in our ecosystem. Portability isn't a feature we added; it's the point.
What this means in practice
If you forget your password and lose your twelve words, we genuinely cannot recover your wallet — that's the honest cost of us not holding your keys. We think it's the right trade, and we'll keep saying it clearly instead of burying it in terms of service.
Your cans pay you. Your wallet is yours. Your keys are yours. That's the whole policy.
